OU Life

This section is dedicated to vague, nibbly bits of content, not really relevant to any one course but still handy and/or amusing to X where X is a set of OU Students which may have only one member and that member may be me.

Some of the surprises have been slotted into the "All About First Class" section, but over the others I will draw a discreet veil. I mean, when users start sending you pictures of their trouser snakes, you realise there are more things under heaven and earth...

Well, it takes all sorts, as my mum always says. Anyway, if you've stopped shuddering with horror and revulsion, move on to the next thing.

All About First Class describes the FirstClass conferencing system, its quirks and oddities. It's now been chopped in half cos it was getting a bit big. There's a section for (Almost) Newbies and a more advanced section for people who are interested in the nuts-and-bolts of the system.

Software and Sites is just what you'd expect. My favourite free software and some useful sites that come up quite often in answers to questions on the tech café.

The Picture Gallery is a record of photo-edits I've done over the years.
